Submit Your Design or Idea
Start your custom patch order by uploading your artwork, logo, or even a rough sketch. Don't have artwork ready? No problem — simply describe your vision in words, reference an image, or share brand colors. Our in-house graphic design team specializes in converting concepts into production-ready patch artwork at no extra charge.
We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, and SVG files. Higher resolution means sharper embroidery — aim for 300 DPI or vector files when possible.
Receive Your Free Digital Proof
Within 24 hours of submitting your order, our design team sends a detailed digital proof showing exactly how your custom patch will look — thread colors, size, shape, border style, and backing type all clearly laid out.
Review your proof carefully and request as many revisions as you need. We offer unlimited free revisions until you're 100% satisfied with the design. No hidden fees, no revision limits.
Approve Your Proof & Confirm Order
Once you're happy with the design, simply reply with your approval. At this stage, you'll also confirm your final specifications: patch quantity, size (1.5" to 12"+), backing type (iron-on, velcro, sew-on, or peel-and-stick), and border style (merrowed, heat-cut, laser-cut).
After approval, your patch enters our production queue. No changes can be made post-approval, so take your time during the revision stage — we're here to make it perfect.
